But although Parkinson’s may eventually be disabling, the disease often progresses gradually, and most people have many years of productive living after a diagnosis. This would indicate that there may be effective interventions that could perhaps slow the progress of the disease. When we get such a diagnosis, our first reaction might be to withdraw and give up. Keeping It All In Balance

Over the course of nineteen years in the semiconductor business I witnessed many people that had achieved great financial success in the industry. Through hard work and determination they had accomplished amazing results. Upon looking further, I realized that these people had allowed other aspects of their lives deteriorate. Their health was compromised, relationships at home were neglected, their children were alienated, there was a lack of fulfillment, and a deep sense that something was missing.

Did Anna Nicole Smith Really Lose It ALL With Trimspa?

Everyone’s seen the commercials. The gradual, nonetheless impressively dramatic stages of weight loss the curvy sex kitten icon Anna Nicole Smith dropped purportedly from taking Trimspa - for a long while. A Guide To Gymnastics

Gymnastics is arguably one of the world s oldest sports. It is also a very natural sport involving activities that people would normally do outside gym class or gymnastic competitions such as jumping, running, climbing, swinging and tumbling. Modern gymnastics as a sport involves the performance of a series of movements.


These activities and movements require flexibility, physical strength and kinesthetic awareness. Most of the movements involved developed from the many fitness exercises that soldiers in Ancient Greece used. Gymnastics is also considered a somewhat difficult and dangerous sport because gymnasts are constantly exposed to injury.

We often feel that if we are not ill then we have wellness. I personally believe that there is more to wellness than just not being sick. First believe me that I really do not know everything, we ll leave that for the teenagers. The following article is more about the way I view life and the way I view Wellness.
